Week in Review

I meant to make this a separate post yesterday. For my running week I like to look at it as I do my work week: Monday through Sunday. I got in a total of 21 miles last week with one day off on Friday, 3/1/13. It was a good week!

Monday - 3.5
Tuesday - 3
Wednesday - 4
Thursday - 3.5
Friday - Off
Saturday - 3
Sunday - 4

Lets see if I can hit 23-25 miles for this week!
