SPIbelt GIVEAWAY and Making Time (Closed)

Today I was able to get out of work pretty much right after lunch. I picked up my step-son, Noah, at school to take him to his 3:30 swim class at our local YMCA. I did some double dutying (word?) and made time for a quick run while he had class.

View on my lunch break:

Pretty pic of the harbor and you can see the fog line
on the horizon which didn't make it to the shore until a
few hours later:

It was hot today even on the coast! 75 degrees!!!

Who else double-duties?

Ok, the GIVEAWAY :)

A brand spankin' new SPIbelt:

Nice skinny belt:

Belt stuffed with junk:

Adjustable in two areas:

SPIbelt was first made in 2006 by Kim Overton, Founder & CEO. They are made in Austin Texas, her hometown. She first created it as a simple way to hold her keys & phone while running.

SPIbelt made Inc. 500's list of America's Fastest Growing Companies at #175 in 2011.

It comfortably holds keys, cell phones, MP3 players etc.

Clip it, stuff it, zip it & go!

Whether biking, hiking, walking or running this is a great accessory to own.

The giveaway will run til 12 a.m. on 5/24/13 :)

Unfortunately only U.S. citizens may be mailed this item.

I highly encourage you to check out SPIbelt's Facebook page and like it as well as their webpage here: SPIbelt Facebook and here: SPIbelt webpage. You can follow them on Twitter @SPIbelt as well :)

  11. And finally... I would love to try this belt out because when I go to a run I have no idea what to do with my keys, ID, and phone (phone is in an armband, keys attached to shoe laces and ID... often isn't on me). I NEED HELP!

  13. I have been dreaming of a SPIbelt cause I love to run and I always have the delima of wearing shorts with pockets that fall while running, a top with a pocket that I have to pray my keys and ID will fit in, or not carry any of them meaning I can't run :( So winning One would be a dream come true!

  14. I subscribe to your blog on Feedly--don't know if that counts. Way to multitask and get in your workout while your son was at his class. :) I'm so glad I read blogs of so many great moms so that I can use their tips for how they get their runs in when I finally have kids.

  25. I've tried a fuel belt and it doesn't seem to work for me. So I now run without a belt but I still need to be able to carry my necessities, especially now that I run with Elijah! This would be the perfect option!

  37. I would LOVE a SPI belt to hold my phone because I don't like the armbands and having a baby at home is sometimes nerve racking when I'm running without my phone in case of emergencies. I never ran with a phone until kids. I also like that it's not bulky and doesn't bounce. Hydration belts don't fit phones either :(

  38. OMG! I am in dire need of SPI BELT. I have a crappy one which bounces a lot every time I run. I heard good things about this product. I want to try it. :)
